Go to Staples or any other supply store and they sell blank wedding invitations that are cheap and easy to just print out on your printer.

I'd like to help you, but I don't know what you are talking about. Are your invitations going to be wrapped around the dowels like a scroll? If I've guessed right, you could get the size wooden dowel you need and glue beads on each end. The dowels and beads are available in any craft store ( cut the dowels to size and paint the color you need ).

Try craft stores like Michael's or Jo-Ann Fabrics. They should carry them. Also try stationary stores like Kate's Paperie or Papyrus. Or art supply stores like Pearl Paint and such.
