If anyone has every been at a really low point in their life, what did they do? Especially if it's been for several weeks and everything that you have tried didn't help things.....I need advice

If it has been more than 2 weeks, it is probably depression, and needs to be properly diagnosed by a doctor. I always make sure I sit in the sun light early in the morning for 30 minutes a day to recharge my serotonin. Exercise,happy music,activities with friends I enjoy. I also watch ''The Secret"

I tend to listen to Thrash Metal (mainly old Metallica), and think about solving any problems to the point where I find a solution to them.

...But that's just me.

If it has been more than two weeks and it is affecting your sleep or eating habits then you need to see a doctor about it. It is just a medical condition and there is no shame in it.
