I'm asking because on itunes they won't let me download anything and this box pops up saying that I need to remove some files from my computer or empty the recycling bin(I already did that). So how do I delete files to download tings on itunes?

Please go to Start, then control Panel, then click on add/remove. Wait a moment for the list of software that are installed on your computer. Explore them carefully, and remove those you don't need.

did u try deleting your cookies? if not then go to seach files and type cookies in and when they pop up select them all and delete it, that should clean things up,
