what does this have to do with snowboarding? Try Oxy-Clean, or since it already has paint on it use it as a painting shirt.

if water base paint just use warm water with soap if oil,then mineral spirits or acetone...finger nail polish remover might work 2.good luck

Try acetone. It works miracles on tons of stuff. Be careful though!
