can this be an early pregnancy symptom?

I have very dull aches that alternate between my left and right sides of my abdomen..not like period cramps just like a very dull ache sometimes...its been happening for a few days now....is this a possible early sign of pregnancy?

oh i have these types of pain too.but if u feel ur eating habits like increasing like ur startin to eat alot then its a possiblity,but if u want to kno for sure take a test.
