Do you mean wrinkles around your eyes, or bags under your eyes?

Nothing really helps, to be honest. Your skin around your eyes are incredibly sensitive. I'd try going to sephora.com and checking out what they recommend, but the ones that supposedly work, are going to cost you at least $50 or more, upwards to $150.

You can't really get rid of wrinkles unless you go in for a facelift, surgery, botox etc..

You could try getting facials - I've heard they help.

And eye cream tends to (apparently) moisturize the area really well, but don't be fooled by the expensive eye creams - just use any old regular face cream and dab it gently around your eyes. Your eyes will soak in more than you can imagine, because of the skin being so thin, so you don't need "special" creams for that area.
