Interesting question. I love the variety of sound quality to languages. I have often thought of similar things~ German, like a marching band - strong marching rhythm like an angry father; Japanese, a light rain on a flowing stream, Italian, like lavender & Lime in a strong wind (enchanting)....Difficult to answer most aggressive & most gentle, but I think the mumblings of a Tibetan monk is the singulary most intimate and pleasant of sounds. [But then I've always been fascinated by the incredible vocal operas of cats fighting it out in the alley out back too!]

I think russian sounds agressive but it is really nice but I agree with you about german

friendliest- chinese. i love chinese people. i always feel bad for the chinese kids at my school because their faces look so innocent.
