Dont bother suggesting any sites where you get "free" stuff (those are viruses for people out there who dont know), ebay, amazon, or overstock.
Oh- and i do want it NEW or "USED" but no scratches and everything in box. I WILL NOT TAKE REFURBISHED ONES OR USED ONES WITH MISSING STUFF(like a manual) AND LITTLE SCRATCHES ON THE SCREEN. Thank you.

what about craigslist? or you could try some of the authorized apple resale stores (ie, macmall, etc)...

if you want one get it off EBAY, this isnt an auction website, you already seem to know enough about where to get it. so why dont you do the research why make us?
