I always draw the head, the eyes, then the rest of the body. Anime characters have smaller noses, bigger eyes(usually), and the older, the smaller the eyes, and the longer their faces.

Ummm........You can try getting books on learning how to draw anime. You can get links on the Internet and find out how to learn how to draw it many other ways.

There are some really good books Ive read that might help. Christopher Hart is one author the other is Katy Coope.

well if you have a friend that can draw animie study thar pic and try to draw some thing like it over and over agen thats how i did it

i know im like the billionth one to say this, but PRACTICE!! look at animes and remember its ok to trace things as long as you dont take credit for them. tracing helped me to get better. also, find your style. no one draws the same, so dont freak if yours looks different.
