What's wrong with my wireless usb adapter?

I got it today. It was working fine until 15 mins ago, it accidentally slipped out. Now I can't open the program that it come with and control it. I tried put adapter back in but it doesn't help. Every time I click on the program, it open for a second then close. What's wrong with it? How do I fix it?

Try System Restore.

something wrong with the software, so you need to reinstall the drivers.
