Sounds like labor. Go to your OB Doc right away or to the ER to get checked out. If the baby is breech and you are in labor you need to be at the hospital. Breech delivery is tricky and may require a C-section.

I have this and I am 34 weeks. My doc said it is normal, but to increase your water intake, because it may have something to do with dehydration. Also, I get a little tightening along with these symptoms which is a sign of Braxton Hicks and that just means your body is getting ready for delivery down the road.

Not the main point of your question, but if you want to try turning your baby this is what I did. I put my legs on my bed, and hands on the floor. (Works well on stairs too) I did this for as long as I could then got up. I could feel her come out of my pelvis and turn the third time I did it.
