Collect your luggage, contact a taxi or rent a car, arrive at desired location (hotel or someone's home), relax, go to a meeting, sleep, people do lots of things after a flight, but directly afterwards would be to collect checked luggage, but it may be easier to find a picture of renting a car, try Avis.com, Enterprise.com, Budget.com, or Hertz.com

You go get your luggage and leave... there is very little security.

go to that website and find the picture of the gate. you have to find your gate and wait there for your plane to start
