Does masturbation increase time in bed?

If I masturbate more often will I last longer or less long during sex. I've heard it helps desensitize because actual sex doesn't feel as good, and that you can "rub one out before a date" to last longer. but just during the inactive days, does it help? because the thing is, right now actual sex feel sbetter than masturbation.

well, if you work on taking your time and trying to hang in there, you find yourself masturbating longer, 10-15+ if you want. Or you can be speedy and do it in 2, but having the habit of ejaculating fast, you find yourself not lasting as long as you planned on doing.

It depends how you masturbate.

If you get off fast during masturbation, its a hard habit to break. If you take your time, that's good practice.
