Well it depends on the music some music makes me want to leave the room. In truth the body has its on beat just think of the heart yet why we dance is a mystery i think dancing and laughter are what stop us being monkeys so dance away. Ps what do you like to dance to

If it is breaks or house music I want to dance... because it makes me happy! But if I'm listening to emotional rock music... I don't feel like dancing at all...

i think its to do with endorphines - the feel good hormone, makes you want to express yourself
