What's up with the boulder in Virtual Villagers?

My villagers keep trying to push the boulder, and they can't, but what's up with that whole boulder thing? Thank you!

Only the golden child can push the boulder. If you do not have a golden child put one of the nursing mothers into the lagoon and poof the baby will turn into the golden child. Just ask if you would like more hints! Good luck

i think you need to max out somone's building and make them do it. not trying to be a gender racist or anything buy try a man.
