you want to marry a girl. do something special. like do the things you did on your first date. something romantic and cute at the same time. Then near the end of your date. ask her. get involved. not sexually but to her heart.

I think we need more details.
you gotta have someone you love first then go to a courthouse or church and they will marry you. You also need a marriage license.

go to the local courthouse and get a marriage certificate then get a notary to sign in, cost about 50 bucks.

well..if u r both same gender...then check with your loacal authorities...whether gay/lesbian marriages allowed.......
nd if u r both of opposite genders then..no problem simply get married....
