Why would he be Jewish? No he is not Jewish, not everyone in florida is Jewish. He is AMERICAN might be Pueto Rico

You see, the whole Razor Ramon gimmick was a play off of Scarface, and Tony Montana was Cuban, so I assume, for at least gimmick purposes, Scott Hall is Cuban. His real nation of genial origin remains to be seen, but the safest guess is Cuba.

Hall is an English name, I believe, so I would say he probably is of English and probably Scottish descent. I would be shocked if he is in anyway Cuban or Hispanic.
