You see, the whole Razor Ramon gimmick was a play off of Scarface, and Tony Montana was Cuban, so I assume, for at least gimmick purposes, Scott Hall is Cuban. His real nation of genial origin remains to be seen, but the safest guess is Cuba.

He's Cuban, I remember when he used to call people Chico and whatnot...

*glares at additional details* Gee, thanks for calling me stupid. Glad you're appreciative of the time I took out of my life to give you what I thought was the right answer to your stupid question. And maybe it is the right answer, how would you know? My last name is Dolcerone, which sounds Italian. But I'm not. You can't always judge ethnicity by a last name. Why don't you try asking him, I'm sure he'll love to give you his ethnicity. But I think he's Cuban, anyway. If I get proof he's not, hey, sorry for being a b*tch. Either way, the point is, don't call people idiots if you don't know the answer yourself.

Hall is an English name, I believe, so I would say he probably is of English and probably Scottish descent. I would be shocked if he is in anyway Cuban or Hispanic.
