I think it's normal to have clear discharge. If it bothers you wear a panty liner.

Discharge from the vagina itself is normal. Other than when we are ovulating our discharge is normally clear like water. When we ovulate the discharge will be yellowish and be kind of thick. If it changes to other colors (other than old blood which is brown and occurs at the first days of our period and can also occur at the ending of the period) such as green, or becomes like cottage cheese this could be an indicator of infection and a visit to the dr is recommended.

That is totally normal fertile quality cervical fluid!! You should be ovulating any time now! If you rub the fluid between your fingers, it should stretch out like eggwhites would. I was totally uninformed about that until relatively recently when I read a book called Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler. Read all about it, it is a super great book and I feel like a freaking sales-lady, but it changed my life in several pretty big ways.... Good luck, you are absolutely fine!

the clear slimy discharge is because you are ovulating and are fertile the discharge is to help the sperm swim to the egg.
