You would think that the problem with terrorists entering Iraq to fight us would inspire the Bush administration to work hard on border security within both countries. But it doesn't. Why don't we have a more intelligent administration?
They clearly lack the judgement to represent us.

Drew Blood, we are in a time of war. The need to secure our borders is of upmost importance! The fence would be a long-term project and would be easy to get around anyway.

Why don't you go for it stud. America is the terrorist that entered Iraq and America is the terrorist that made land value here at home. Maybe if you stopped emulating your pic off the newspaper and realized global dominance in the name of democracy when you see it then you wouldn't be so blinded to the Tyranny America has put on the world. In a suit no less.

Border security, especially over there is a lot harder than you think. There's a lot of border to cover in Iraq. If you had a truck full of ammunition and bombs, are you going to take a major road into another country? I don't think so. There's so many unpopulated roads over there, it's actually rather easy to cross over. Border patrol is something that surrounding countries have to help with. This is the only way to solve this problem. The White House finally decided to hold talks with Iran and Syria. So I wouldn't doubt that border security gets brought up.

I know it's difficult to educate you and I know that the White House administratin is lacking for not calling you and keepingy ou informed on all things being done for national security and what is being done in Iraq and what is proposed, but live with it! The fence that I proposed (copies to the white house and bordering states) is a great idea, and no one can get around it, thorugh it, or over it. Steel plated wall cover with rebar and cement 50 feet high with barbed wire, a killing zone of 100 feet then the fence duplicated, a guard tower every 200 feet with SAWS! Nobody gets in! NOBODY! Apply or Die!

Did you not hear about the border fence Bush wanted to build that democrats voted to block? Besides that, why is border such an issue now all of the sudden? There are just as many illegals entering this country illegally as there were during Clinton. In fact, read up a little bit on NAFTA! It will absolutely amaze you!

its because the prez is a moron , yes a said it the border is only of importance because the dumb prez wants it to be, but it isnt at least to me 9-11 now that is a problem because bush is incapable to lead the armed forces in finding osama.

Force, might, and strict security isnt going to be the answer here. Its not working now because its the wrong approach, and just stepping up the controls will prove useless.

think about it like this... the next time you wanna go down to south america on that lucky vacation you earn.. the people arent going to want to kill you because your an american coming into their country to relax when they arent even allowed in yours to clean the dog droppings you didnt bother picking up the last time you walked your dog. if you wanna close yourself off from the world because your affraid of terrorists (WHO WILL ALWAYS EXIST) then don't expect anything for your life then to be paranoid and delusional. i think that you are lacking in judgement just as much as that entire administration on this subject.
