Okay, well, I have homework to do in math, and it's over: Simple Rational Functions, and Adding/Subtracting Complex Fractions.
I use the ClassZone Algebra II book, and the pages are 9.2 on page 576, and 9. 5 on page 578. If you can help me, please do, because I really need it.

1st question: = (2x² + 2x - 4)/(x² - 5x - 14) = (2[x² + x - 2])/([x - 7][x + 2]) = (2[{x + 2}{x - a million}])/([x - 7][x + 2]) = (2[x - a million])/(x - 7) answer: (2[x - a million])/(x - 7) 2nd question: = ([x² - 3x - 10]/[x² - 2x - 15])(x² + 10x + 21) = ([{x - 5}{x + 2}]/[{x - 5}{x + 3}])([x + 7][x + 3]) = ([x + 2]/[x + 3])([x + 7][x + 3]) = (x + 2)(x + 7) answer: (x + 2)(x + 7) or x² + 9x + 14
