Never heard of it.. there is a noble investment & insurance group based in Edinburgh who have a reputation of being very selective on who they want as clients. They are a family company that is owned and run by Tim Noble who has been very critical of immigration into Scotland and has been accused of been an racist on several occasions

Do you mean the Royal Bank of Scotland? because that is real and is present in most UK towns and cities
