my mom wont sleep any more and i need help what would make my mom sleep. And i have school to go to and i try to make her sleep but she wont sleep and i get really sleep. i know i dont have to make her sleepy but i will do anything just to make her sleep.

She is stressed out find out what is making her not sleep, communicate with her if not check with her doctor but i do not recommend drugs it might make her worse. Take her out and find out what will make her happy again. something is definitely bothering her. Relieve some of the stress off her hands and clean her room maybe changing around the place will give her a new insight. Doing the same duties over and over can be a bother. But try to let her tell you what she feels first before going crazy.

OK I'm not going to ask why you put this in make up instead of health but OK. first off have you tried giving her the basic warm or hot milk, tea and what not ? if not then try those. if they don't work has she tried sleeping pills? i mean there are over the counter sleeping pills she could try.

A good way to make her get sleepy is to give her the brend "Tazo" tea. You can get it at starbucks or near the coffee in your grocery store. Remember to get the one that says "calm" on it. This should put her back on a regular sleeping schedual!

take her to the doctor,if thats not an option,try a hot toddie, half a cup hot water,a liitle honey,and enough ginger brandy to make her sleepy
