They don't talk a lot. They mostly listen. They are the last to be judgemental. They mind their own business. Their answers are usually brief. They seem preoccupied a lot of the time. They've read most books you can mention. They're very respectful. They never dress like they gave it any thought. They appear to be secretive. They can solve a math problem in seconds when it would take a normal person hours. You will never really know them.

they tend to isolate from time to time and be less talkative than average

look up the bios of Quantu Physicists and amazing artists and your bound to find some anti-social behaviour
there was a study done to a bunch oh manic-depressive patients at a couple of places in britian,,,,the average IQ was 130 and a good number of them were very creative or had a high talent in some area,,,,the average IQ in Britian is 95 for the regualr population

Some of the characteristics in a smart person are humility, humor, compassion, understanding, open mindedness, generousity, truthfullness, honesty, willing to learn, clear thinking, able to see the other side, willing and able to change, creativity, willing to help others and well rounded outlook with positive thinking.
