First you need to start off with good skin ....Clinquie has a great skin care program....for Kiehl.
the dewey look is liquid highlighter....there are several on the market. I personally like Benefits Moonbeam. When you put on moisturizer on just put a hint of the highlighter in it...I usually mix them in the palm of my hand. That provides the Dewey look all over...the moisturizer and the highlighter together. Another way to achieves put some highlighter on your cheeks (over your blush) for a nice pearly look. Keep your makeup light but defined for an classic dewey look.
Kevin Aucoin "Making Faces" is a great book with lots of makeup tips and step by step directions. There is a dewey look in the book that you will love. Good luck.

Exfoliate. I use Prai's Microdermabrasion Skin Refinisher with the polished perfection. WOW what a complete difference it made after only one use.
Then i use their radiant day caviar.
Depending on your skin you could use the refinisher 2-3 times a week and the caviar daily.
I love most all the prai products.
A great source of information is the cosmeticcop.com
I want to also add that the best foundation Ive ever used is by Laura Mercier Flawless collection, Ive gotten many to use this as well, and I can always tell when they have it on, it makes that much of a difference.

Hello i do facials and many of my clients ask me this what you could do:
steam your face(opens pores) rub regular salt(cleans) then pour cold water on(closes) this is to get smoth skin with out bemishes
the makup you should use is mac any type or bare minerals through all that cheap stuff AWAY! This is mineral based makeup that will not clog pores.
But before you put makeup on scrub face wit daily cleanser wipe off and sensitive skin lotion then wait 30min before appling makeup
if u do this youll get results

Moisturize, moisturize, and moisturize! If you have a great complexion then your make up will look fresh and "dewey". I use Cetaphil as a moisturizer. Its really thick, but it feels great once I put it on. Try Bobbi Brown or Lancome's light tint foundation.

Try Clinique's Dewy Smooth Foundation. Add a light pink/peach shimmery blush on cheeks.
Good luck.
