He has no clue what to get as far as souviners for myself, and our 9 year old daughter. Living overseas for 3 years, I know I don't want the "touristy" overpriced CRAP that I am sure is everywhere. My husband is rather CLUELESS when it comes to this sort of thing....I like things for my house ya know great conversation starters and whatnot....any suggestions? Any pictures of different items from there? Thanks

There are wonderfull table clothes, pillow cases (and the cover for the tissue box goes along with the table clothes)

Some typical Arab Spices
A nice picture in a frame showing Arab scenes
A nice traditional incense holder with typical Arab incense
(there are some beautiful here, would be an eye catcher on your coffee table)
Original Arab Perfume in decorative little bottles
The Quran in Arabic

other then the things mentioned above u can aslo get some good artefacts from here in framed pieces
like silver dagger
sand sclupture packed in bottles made of coloured sands.
models of various architectural wonders coming up here.
