i am a vegan and very healthy as well...

when i find myself needing to shed a few pounds, i eat raw for a couple of weeks. detoxing your body of sugars by eating raw purges your body of an overgrowth of candidia that allot of people dont even know they have wich can prevent weight loss.

as has already been suggested, eat small frequent meals. be sure to drink lots of purified water and make sure to stay active.

You said one thing which leads me to believe you might not need an extra supplements to help you lose weight. You said you don't eat much. This is one of the biggest misconceptions about dieting. When you don't eat much, you can actually GAIN weight, not lose it.

The reason for this is that when you caloric intake dips below a certain level on a somewhat consistant basis, you body will go into starvation mode, and your metabolism slows down. Most of calorie you put in your mouth at that point then gets stored in your fat cells for future use.

Your best bet would be to start eating a little more. Also take a look at what you are actually eating. Just because someone is a vegetarian doesn't mean they are eating in a way that will make or keep them thin. Some of the heaviest people I know are vegetarians because they think that because they aren't getting the fat from meat, they can eat anything they want.

Make sure your carbs are complex carbs, and eat more veggies and fruits, and less grains. Instead of three square meals a day, try eating 5 or 6 SMALLER HEALTHIER meals throughout the day. This will keep your metabolism reved up, instead of having it peak and fall throughout the day.

Also, depending on what kind of working out you are doing, your extra weight may be muscle, and not fat, in which case you are fine at the weight you are currently at. Get your fat percentage tested wither at your doctor or at the gym. They will be able to tell you where the weight is coming from.

Not eating that much is probably why your overweight. You need to eat smaller frequent meals. As for taking anything to lose weight, you need to ask yourself, am I going to plan to take this the rest of my life? If you said no, then you know herbal supplements, organic, or synthetic, are ALL a joke and a waste of money. Eat right, exercise, and get your sleep. Your workout should be more than an hour a day, you deplete all your ATP after a certain amount of time, after that, your beating a dead horse. Good luck.

Are you taking vitamin B-12?

A vegetarian diet cannot provide Vitamin B complex, and especially B-12. About the only natural source for this is in eating meat.

Another likely solution is that your thyroid is not producing sufficient amounts of it's thyoid, and when this happens people tend to gain weight, and have a problem regulating their internal temperature.

If the fist answer describes you; take some B vitamins with B-12.

If the second answer describes you see your doctor and have your levels of thyroid hormone checked.

You need to quit worrying so much about what you look like. That's not too big. You being a vegetarian it loading you down with carbs and this is why you've got belly bulge. You need to start eating meats and things to cut out some of the carbs you intake.

It sounds like you do everything you're supposed to. You're not heavy at all so I wouldn't worry about it too much. Plus, don't focus on your weight but focus on your body fat percentage. Some people have thicker bones so they may weigh more than others even though they look thinner. Your body fat percentage shouldn't be more than 33%; ideally in the 20's......good luck

Green Tea pills will help you lose weight through a thermogenic effect, i.e. they help your body produce heat and that burns calories. They are also a great antioxidant and real cheap.
