If your aquarium is well established you will never have to feed them anything.
Like copperhead explained "they are filter feeders"
There SHOULD be enough Phytoplankton and Microplankton floating around your ESTABLISHED aquarium.
I have 8 of them in 3 seperate tanks (6 month old tank has 3, 2year old tank has 2 and 4year old tank has 3)
I have NEVER had to directly feed them anything, They filter out there own food from the water.

There are different types of featherdusters, and some are easier to take care of than others. All are filter feeders (they are a worm that lives in the brown tube - the "featherdusters" are their mouthparts), so you will need to add a refrigerated plankton product (marine snow, DT's Phytoplankton, etc.) or some finely crumbled flake food if you don't have fish. If there are fish in the tank, the worms will get some of the fish poop, chewed up food, or fine particles in the frozen cube food. Even them, I target feed (using an eyedropper) them about once a week. They don't need a strong current, but wike to be where the water will move enough to bring food to them and circulate wastes away (moderate current).

Below are some websites with specific dusters, so you an see what matches yours best for more detailed info: http://www.marinedepotlive.com/inverts--featherdusters.html
