My mom said the reason why my computer keeps failing is because I have too many songs loaded onto iTunes and to clear the problem I need to load one cd, put it onto my iPod, then delete the music off of the computer.. but if I do that, won't it delete it off of my iPod when I go back to connect it?? I have an 8 gb iPod and would like to load my full 2000 songs onto it, but my computer obviously can't handle keeping all of the songs on iTunes. what do i do?!??!

Yes it will erase ur songs. And just so u know an 8gb iPod will NOT hold 2000 songs. I had a 4gb nano that was supposed to hold 1000. But it was completely full at about 679 songs.

Limit the number of songs that you put into your iPod because I really don't think that you listen to all of them especially in one day. just try to keep it under control. take some out so that you can put more in.
