The Lakers used to have their royal blue uniforms but the next year they didn`t have it. Why do teams get uniforms? When are the Lakers gonna get new ones?

They do it whenever they want. Sometimes its a marketing strategy to sell more uniforms. Sometimes they will wear new ones for the playoffs, things like that.

I think the official rule is that every 5-7 years they can change their Jersey. They submit there ideas for the jersey and the league decides if the team can change the uniforms.

teams get new uniforms for the fans. the more uniforms they have, the more collectibles there are to buy. plus, it makes the game more interesting aesthetics wise.

man if your in the NBA you got the money and $ = power and allows you to do practically whatever the shnikes you want to. well put into consideration sometimes the colors are similar during a game so you have to wear a throwback jersey to not mistake your teamates too...

Everything changes, in good and bad ways. If they have the money, then they'll do it. If you can't beat the other team, then why not look better!?!?

when they feel like it. who agrees that washingtons gold is the ugliest thing youve ever seen? the clipps buffalo is second. they wear the blue once a year. you just missed it
