I'm with Melaleuca through the support team Stayin Home and Lovin It! The membership fee is only $29 at the most at all times (this months promotion it's only $14.50). I don't know where you are being told $40, if that is what you were told then that is not a real melaleuca representative. I have been the the company over 7 months now and I love it as a business and the products. It is a great company. You don't need to enroll very many people if you enroll the right people. It is a slow start but once the ball gets rolling it can really grow. It all depends on how much time you wish to invest in it, and it truely is risk free. If you would like more information you are welcomed to email me at missyworkathome@yahoo.com
However I would like to let you know that I have never heard of mommy/execs program with melaleuca before. If you like I could get together with you to call the melaleuca company directly and check to make sure the person you spoke to is really with Melaleuca. I would like to because I'd hate for anyone to be scamming anyone by pretending they are with Melaleuca, because it is legitamate and such a great company.

Melaleuca is a multi-level-marketing based company where you can purchase home and health supplies. So, instead of purchasing shampoo, vitamins and cleaning products from Safeway or Wal-Mart, you purchase them through Melaleuca. Most of the products made and sold by Melaleuca use the oil of the Melalecua tree, a medicinal herb from Australia. It is a legitimate business, been around for about 15 or 20 years now, and was a fortune-500 company several years. However, the MLM (they call it direct-marketing) business model is not for everyone. For more information, you can contact the DSA (Direct Sellers Association) at www.dsa.org.

I have had experience with the company and their products, and I think that they are generally very good. However, I have not heard of their mommy/execs program.

I used Melaleuca and I did not like it. I am not picky but the smell is killing me. The quality is OK. But they are not completely environmental friendly. And they have the minimum that you must purchase every month. If you skip, they will send you something you did not ordered - yuk.

If you want to sell real nontoxic cleaning products check Shaklee.
http://www.shaklee.net/harmonylife/productscustom
They have no monthly minimum requirements. It is not smelly and cleans great.

In 1990s Shaklee's cleaner was the official product of Earth Day
In 2000 Shaklee was the first company in the world to be certified as Climate Neutral, with a net zero impact on global warming
In 2002 Shaklee received US EPA Climate Protection Award

BTW: every guest at the last Oscar received Shaklee cleaning product as a gift.

Good luck,
Marina

You want to be careful with that. I signed with a similar company that also operated through Melaleuca, and the 2 guys who were running this "sub" company were charged with taking money from the team.
I found it pretty much impossible to make any money at it, as soon as people heard the name of the company I represented, they ran for the hills as though I had said "Amway" or something. You have to refer a ridiculous amount of people in order to make any money.
My entire upline jumped ship and went over to the company I am with now and they all quadrupled their income.

Yes, I actually have Melaleuca and their products are all natural, with no chemical in them...most of them are all concentrated, and last longer than most store bought products...I find the products are excellent, and cannot believe how well the products are compare to your everyday products that you usually buy...If you referr ppl to this site and they buy the products, then that is how you make money...If you are interested go to http://www.momswin.com/momof6 or email me at mother_of_six2003@yahoo.ca and I can send you some phamplets and you decide...
