on windows xp...?

my little brother moved the start menu to the side of the screen instead of the bottom. i need it back to the bottom. does anyone know how?

i tried to click and drag it but it doesnt work.

go to the help and support they tell you how to move the tool bar

Click on it and drag it back to the bottom.
