we can sympathize.
my boss is an incessant nag with no people-skills whatsoever even though she has a super-genius IQ, she hasn't the first clue how to motivate people..... but she sure knows how to aggravate the hell out of them.
now I'm pissed off too.

Don't let it bug you. Work can be frustrating at times, whatever aspect of work you're referring to. But remember this--your job is your job. Do it to the best of your ability and then go home and leave it there. When you start taking it home with you, that isn't good for you.
Take care of yourself and don't worry about the bosses. Just do what they paid you and leave it at that. If you do extra things and they aren't appreciated, just let it go and focus on doing the regular job that you're paid to do.
It isn't worth being frustrated over. Really, it isn't.
