Does anyone actually own a Delorean (the car from Back to the Future)?

I heard it was a real car but Ive never seen it anywhere but that movie

The car is an actual car that was made in Northern Ireland. There were between 4,000 to 8,000 cars made. There is someone who owns a lot of them, but they are on the road. Every so often you will see one for sale under listings for used vintage cars. In fact, i saw a listing about 3 months ago. John Z Delorean went out of business basically due to a drug problem, and also because the cars were too expensive for a start up company and the cars themselves were just too expensive to build. he also had problems in that he wanted to set up his own dealerships, instead of selling thru already set up dealers. There is a rumor that is still going on that there is still one Delorean out there that is packed with cocaine. Just a rumor.

that is because they were lemons and delorean went away after being busted for coke,,, i knew where one was for sale for about two years, not sure if it is still available,,,
