I have changed some bios settings and managed to get AGP card to work. But the pentium chip is only showing half its real value! I checked BIOS and it still shows true value. Only shows half at boot up and on system info once logged in.

System is ABIT VH6 II motherboard with Pentium 3 1000mhz, 256mb RAM, AGP card is 3d prophet geforce 256.

Can anyone help with BIOS settings as I may have missed something here.

Thanks in advance

In order to make sure about the clock speed of your computer, you need a program such as CPU-Z. They detect the processor speed inside Windows. If it shows 1000Mhz, then it's good. If only 500Mhz, then you might have misconfigured something in the BIOS.
