no, not at all, it is basic nature and genetics that drive males to propagate with as many females as posible, thats nature at its basic form

the only animals that i know of that mate for life are bald eagles, and the thing is they are natural predators, so they do not have a natural instinc to propagate as much as possible, the only reason humans are considered predators is that we have technology, but take away that and we are normal animals and still have that instinct to breed with as many feemales as possible to perpetuate the species

marriage and monogamy are pretty much an invention of society for the sole purpose of control, thats it

Yes I do. Look at animals. Many breeds of animals will mate with one other mate their whole lives and will nest with them and pretty much be married to this other mate. I think it is a very natural act. Humans have something inside of them that make them jealous and therefore almost require monogamy...even in poligamy there is often times jealousy there too because not many women or men want to see the person they love with someone else.

Sure they can be. There are monogomous animals in nature.

The Magpie (an Australian bird) will find a partner and mate with them, they will remain with that partner for the rest of their lives. They have even been found to mourn the loss of their partner if the other dies...

The male vole will stick with it's partner that it lost it's virginity to and even attack other females.Scientists have traced this behavior to hormones in the rodent’s brain, which triggers lasting bond formation and increased aggression toward potential home wreckers.

But these cases are rare...

Yes. There are many animals that mate for life. I believe that humans are one of them.
That crap about "procreation" is just a man using nature as an excuse to cheat. But science/evolution is more supportive to the theory of family, protecting ones own, and mating for life.

It depends on your communal beliefs. If you both feel it is fine to have sex with other people, whatever... Not going to judge.
But some people think monogamy is the only way to live...

I'm 100 percent monogamous, no matter how bad it gets. I'm still faithful. Most people arent' though so to answer your question, no, I don't think it's all that natural. It's just morals pumped into your head.
