The episode is titled "Fallen Idol" and aired during the sixth season. "After Hawkeye convinces Radar to go to Seoul for a little R & R, he feels so guilty when Radar returns as a casualty that he gets too drunk to finish Radar's emergency surgery." Don't know the episode name, but are you talking about the one when Hawkeye was supposed to operate on Radar but got drunk instead?

radar asked hawkeye if he should go to seoul to "ahem" since he's been in korea he feels he hasn't changed. hawkeye advices him to go then he shows up wounded in the shoulder. hawkeye blames himself for almost getting radar killed. hawkeye gets drunk has to leave OR then he yells at radar when he asks why he left OR he told him he got sick.radar told him he was disappointed in him for that since everyone looks up to him there. hawkeye then lashes out at radar in frustration.
