When I went to school we were taught there were only four simple machines: the wheel and axle, the inclined plane, three classes of lever, and the pulley. Supposedly, every other machine is some combination of these four. As I recall, we weren't even allowed to include the electric force and the magnetic force directly because a simple machine is supposed to redirect a force. This means a solenoid, with a current, exerting a force on a piece of iron, is not considered a simple machine.
Obviously none of this has anything to do with your question.

There are at least 24 joints in your right arm , hand and fingers. These are all simple levers. That adds up to 96 for all four extremities. Add your jaw, the bones in each inner ear and one pair of scissoes, set of roller blades and you will easily have your 100. Just watch out for those scissors.
