First of all do not give in to peer pressure, If everyone else was jumping into a active volcano would you? No, because that's silly. Stay true to yourself.
As for the make-up maybe that is something you should talk to your mother about, see how she feels about it. Maybe a light lip gloss would be all that you need.

i agree. i just started wearing makeup and im in 10th grade and true because alot of other people are too but i wear it because i want to and i feel i look better with it. but natural is good, start with light colors or a tad bit of black eye shadow. never over do, you dont want to end up looking like a racoon. since no one can show you how to over the compter you should buy some magizines with girls with complexions like you or with light colors. NYC products work well. never be in a rush though, do as you wish, not what others feel you must do. good luck!

Don't start wearing makeup because you think you have to - I'm sure you're plenty pretty without any. Buuut, if you must, keep things natural looking. Ya know, maybe wear a little lip gloss and mascara and there you go!

I didn't start using make up til i was 17 =)
Reason being i just don't want my skin to sag and look old when i'm 20's. but that's just me.
Natural is always beautiful my dear. Maybe a tint of blush and color on your lips will do but don;t mask your true beauty.
