why when we flush or run some huge amount of water in the toilet bowl or a sink, the water will always circulate in the motion of clock wise?

Some hypothesize the Coriolis Force but frankly for a toilet or sink the force is too small to have an impact and it is more likely that the rotation is due to how the bowl's are filled or rotations someone might induce.

No,no! the water may circulate clock wise or anticlockwise. You can force the direction of circulation. Or it happens by chance.
