Since there are only 3 types of neutrinos, please tell me where you read that there are 100?

Are you referring to the work by Caldwell, Mohapatra, and Yellin?

I think you must mean neutron stars? (based on the category you put that in and the fact there are only a few neutrinos, which are very small)
