How can I build a house replica, smaller, for say children or teens?

I wanted to build a house replica with my cousins that could look like a house inside and out but not near as big maybe have kitchenet? Bathroom, electricity, beds, small living area... Thats it something small for camping and hunting on our grandparents land... Any suggestions this is out in the country so its on a well...

Go to summerwood.com and look at what they have I think you will like it and you can purchase plans or actual house you put together in a weekend.

Thats a crazy idea but it just might work. I like it. My only advice would be to build it on your knees. That way you keep it in the perspective of a child.
