he did snap 3 out of his 4 ligaments and could be out 8-12 months

the most time he could miss is the rest of this year and all of next year

by then he should be fully healed and can return

its a sad sad injury. it takes a lot of patience and discipline on shaun's part just to be able to go back to the game, much less do some damage.

I don't think his career isn't over. I believe he can eventually come back from this. He is a young guy with a very promising future. He hasn't had his best season this year but he is a very talented player. I wish him the best.

nah Im extremely optimistic for a strong return because:

1. he is a young player
2. he seems more resillient than other players
3. he has less weight to carry than other players
4. is on a team which is struggling and needs him

I say he will return next season to prove that he isn't sketchy from his injury.

i didn't see it but i hope not, because i think he has potental to be a key star player for the clippers for years to come!
