I am director of the Drama Ministry at my church. We just did 3 performances for church and the community of an interactive dinner theater play/musical. It was a lot of work but I had wonderful people helping and it was a big success and lots of fun.
I have also been in charge of VBS in past years, church youth Christmas programs, and taking church high school youth to conferences in our state and other states as well. I have also organized field trips for students where I used to teach. For the most part all these events were fun and successful.
