Okay me and my homegurl has always been close. We met playing basketball, and went to the same high school, and our moms became the best of friends, but me and her seem like we hate eachother and can't get along. I don't know what it is???? Maybe we are eachothers competition. I have a boyfriend, and she lies and tell me she does but doesn't. I am better than her in basketball, but she claims she's better than me even when others say I'm better. If we know the same person she will tell them to come and talk to her when I was talking first. Is this jealousy????

Yes it is jealousy. What I think you should do about it is try to talk to her about it and if that doesn't work, why should it matter?? She is jealous and everyone knows she's wrong so it wouldn't make any difference but as for the interupting thing I think you need to speak up and say something like "They'll talk to you in a minute because they're trying to have a conversation with me first. You can wait a little bit."

It sounds like jealousy. Or that she's threatened by you in some way. Maybe your popularity, or something like that. When I got something my friend didn't have, she tried to prove that she was better by saying she knew more about it than I did. So, it's probably jealousy.

She is jealous, duh! She obviously wants to emmulate you but she is too proud to show her really feelings.
