I can go ahead and tell you from personal knowledge that it is either C or E...which one I do not know, but its one of those two choices.

Its the liver. The reason was that the liver is a red coloured organ. Red was the colour of love. Hence... (Learned that in Miss Coghill's grade nine English class, about 40 years ago.)
