Don't worry. At fourteen, worry about working on your education, friends, family, and personality. The beauty will come around. Whatever you do, don't over do the makeup to get noticed. It will set you back a few years.

heyy...im not the "beauty queen" but i can give you some advise. okay so..to be noticed you dont always need to look sexy and flirty and really attractive, though ill give you some pointers on that. okay, so.. first of hair. what i mostly do is straighten my hair (dont use ceramic plates, theyre horrible for your hair!) and will put it up in a bun, a ponytail or braids or half way up or just keep it down (wat ever looks best with your outfit). curling also looks cute though, though it may take alot longer. a basic cute outfit (since you have big bones (which is fine cuz i kinda do to so dont feel bad) is cute, tight jeans that you can move your butt in and show it off! then a cutee baby tee for summer from american eagle, hollister, abercrombie, or aeropostale (they all have cutee ones ) or a nicee long sleeve shirt for winter. dont go crazy with design! if you have super dark hair and tan skin, die your hair to a strawberry blonde, you''ll look gorgeous! makeup, dont go overboard! if your wearing jeans, a nicee light to medium brown would look good over the eyes a little mascara and eyeliner (pleasee do not use too much) or if your wearing sweatpants usually match a light color with your shirt. put a little foundation on and a blush and you out the door. dont forget lipgloss too that makes your lips shine (but not too much). also get a basic perfume and a good smelling shampoo (sun kissed strawberry or rasberry conditioners are the best) dotn put it on too strong though with the perfume!!!. always have minty gum too and you should be finee...email be back at hannahwi2@yahoo.com to tell me how things go and i can answer any more of ur questions needed!

Looks are not the be all and end all of being noticed. I know at 14 you want to be noticed but the male species do not always respect and value the women that they lust after. Wolf whistles are not a sign of love or respect. I understand that esteem needs and being a success in teens is linked to popularity, but not in adulthood hun. Trust me, the little hoochies never get the men/boys in the long term. The nice take home to mum girls do and they are likely to get commitment too, not just a quick fumble in the back seat of a car.
Don't worry too much about looking sexy, the more you worry the less confident you look, and confidence is the key.Try to get yourself noticed for something of more value, like good work in school or in the local community this will raise you confidence, esteen and get you respect. This is a longer lasting success and will get you the recognition that you truly want. I hope this helps you hun.

Well looking at your avatar, I'd say a side part and lots of volumizing mousse/leavinconditioner/hairspray.Then just leave it down. Makeup, well I usually put on a light brown eyeliner just halfway on my eye line. It gives you a sultry look without being overwhelming. A light, fruity, sparkly lip gloss always makes you look good. Always put a little bit of blush on the apples of your cheeks. Remember to smile. To smell good, I recommend NOW from Abercrombie. If that's out of your budget try the Claires signature scent or Coconut Lime Verbena Body Spray from Bath and Body Works. Always keep your skin mosturized and glowing. Get those eyebrows in shape! Curl your eyelashes before applying mascara. As for clothes, well I usually shop at Aeropostale, good clothes, good deals. But if you're not into the yuppie stuff try Target or Kohls. Maybe Bebe or Charlotte Russe. Oh and Pac Sun. Stilettos are nice for a big night out but I usually wear American Eagle shoes. You can get them at Payless for around 30-40 bucks cheaper. To look confident and radiant, always smile and stand up straight. Drink lots of water for no chapped lips. Hope I helped!

The most important thing you can do is look confident with yourself. I know when I see someone who's slouched over and staring at the ground I'm kind of like "Ermmm" but if someone's got their head up and a smile on their face I'm like "Hey! They seem cool!"
In the case of makeup you reallly don't need a lot to look cute. For blue eyes, a little tiny line of teal eyeliner on the bottom lid only really makes your eyes pop. For brown or hazel, gold or glittery tan looks very pretty, with a little amount of darker colored liner. For green eyes, I'd say green blue, or even black eyeliner and light purple eyeshadow. (CAUTION: When wearing colored eyeshadow make sure it's applied sparingly or that it's a light color to avoid looking like a hooker.) Try not to use too much mascara either 'cause then it gets clumpy and just looks fake. For any color eyes, add some red tinted lip gloss to make your lips look plump and juicy.(that sounds weird. lol.) Light pink eyeshadow looks good with almost any eye color. Always avoid wearing too much makeup because, no offence to anyone, but you'll look slutty and fake.
I would give you hair tips here, but I'm still looking for those for myself!
REMEMBER: JUST BE CONFIDENT IN WHATEVER YOU'RE WEARING!!!

ok first of all i know this seems stupid but confidence gets you noticed...a lot
for your hair try side swept bang and long layers you can do a lot with that haircut
for your smell i'd use something suttle like ralph rocks perfume or victoria's secret daily firming lotion has a great scent
for your hair here are a few suggestions...
get a spray bottle and put equal amounts of sea salt and water in it, that'll get you beach sexy waves
aussie products and garnier are great also john frieda
for your clothing...
DO NOT i repeat DO NOT dress slutty cute flirty dresses, a cute headband or leggings with a tunic draw attention but give the right impression... i'd suggest urban outfitters, free people, h&m or vintage stores
for your make up...
tinted moisturiser...i'd suggest a brand like m.a.c. or bobbi brown you can find make up at your local nordstroms or sephora
eyeliner waterproof...brown or black always works best
waterproof mascara...brown or black
eyelash curler... before you use it blast it with a hair dryer for 10 seconds it helps it curl better
bronzer or blush...but just on your cheek bones and forhead make sure to blend well
and a light lipgloss...try m.a.c lip glass
I hope I helped please select me for best answer!!

dont look too skanky ull get attention for wrong reasons, unless u just want to get laid, tight jeans are great...not too tight tho, long shirts are in, heels are good, accesories are great, and big hair tease it at the roots to get a poof, i love thin black eyeliner and mascara, makes ur eyes stand out, whatever perfume u like, guys dont know **** about smells, just wear something aslong as it smells good theyll notice it, dont over do it with any of these things though then ull get ridiculed

Wear your hair however you like.
Dress however you want.
Smell good - and by good I mean clean.
Don't go overboard with the makeup.
The key to being attractive is knowing your own worth. Take it from someone who's been there...trying to emulate a celebrity, or a popular girl, or whoever, only makes you look silly.

all that comes from the inside depending on how old you are lots of make-up or skimpy clothing adds nothing to the person you really want to be and just endangers you to rape or predators or someone that may hurt you if you dress like a lady and act like one the man you seek will find you

Well, here's some advice:
-NEVER put on TOO MUCH makeup, it'll look SO FAKE
-For makeup, you don't always have to use concealer or foundation, just regular mascara, eyeshadow...maybe blush
-Never put on too much eyeliner, I think its GROSS and makes the eye look smaller!
-Ok, for hair, it depends if have curly, straight, etc.
But try to look in hair magazines you get from the drugstores, they always have the latest and coolest styles for hair
-And follow the hair instructions all the time! Something could go wrong...Don't put too much of hair products!
-Uh, ok, don't put too much of anything! lol
Hope I helped!
