there is a massage which says error in writting the output log, i have misplaced the disc to back up

DELETE SOME STUFF FROM UR COMPUTER THINGS U DONT USE DELETE STUFF FROM UR RECYCLE BIN AND SEE IF IT WILL WORK

Try System Restore, Defragment, Remove Programs you don't use. Start> All Programs> Accessories> System Tools> System Restore, and go back to when it worked.

slave the messed up drive into the working computer and run your antivirus and antispyware on it the go thru and clean up the junk files on it and run a checkdisk

throw away stuff and if it doesnt work call geek squad they really work
