Yes I kno its the only diary they found but what about the ppl that were still living. Why didn't they make a book or movie w/e out of their experiences?

Holy f***, you aren't serious, are you? I'm honestly quite a bit shocked and scared that you think Anne Frank's book is the only one.
There are thousands of books out there written about people--victims who died, people who survived, soldiers, etc, etc, etc. Some are diaries, some are other first-accounts, and some have been written by people who knew/studied the victim/soldier/etc. Unfortunately, there seem to be less that are published now, because some of the accounts people published have not stood up the test of time--but there are still myriads of books out there for you.
If you go to the Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, DC, they even have a whole store full of books about the Holocaust--fiction, non-fiction, personal accounts, ecucational texts and so on.
See here, for starters: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Holocaust_literature
And some of the links on that page, such as: http://www1.yadvashem.org/about_holocaust%5Cbibliography%5Chome_bibliography.html
Might also want to try things like this: http://fcit.usf.edu/holocaust/arts/lit.htm
http://classiclit.about.com/od/holocaustlit/Holocaust_Literature.htm
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Holocaust_literature
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Holocaust_personal_accounts
Do a google search for "Holocaust Literature", and you'll find a whole lot more sources.
Be forewarned, though, that some of these books aren't geared towards kids/teens--and I don't know how old you are. Some are very graphic, and some have themes that may go over your head if you're not old enough. :)

I'm sure there are Hundreds of books about victims of the Holocaust. The Diary of Anne Frank became well known because it was made into a stage play and a movie.

It wasn't. There are dozens of books about holocaust survivors. Try these:
Oskar Schindler: The Untold account of his life, wartime activities, and the true story behingd the list.
To see you again by betty shwimmel
The seamstress by Sarah Tuval Bernstein
Night by Ellie Wiesel
The girl in the red coat by Roma Ligocka
As far as why they were treated like that, it's because they were different, and because "mean people suck!"

Here is another autobiographical account of a young girl who went through the atrocities of the Holocaust. Her name is Simone Arnold Liebster, and the name of her book is:
FACING THE LION:
Memoirs of a Young Girl in Nazi Europe
