As a result, hydroelectric plants must use them (since it's gravity that creates the pressure that pushes the water through the turbines). Tidal energy would be another example.

Could we harness "interstellar gravitons" zooming through space? No. Gravity is a very weak force, regardless of what actually causes it. The earth, moon, and sun will always be the greatest source of gravity or gravitons in our area.
