We're looking for advice on nice, friendly townhouse or small house neighborhoods or communities with easy access to DFW airport. Schools are not a factor. Could rent or purchase. The dog friendlier the better. Thanks!

If you want to be near the airport I suggest Grapevine or Arlington. Both have great neighborhoods that are 15 minutes away from the airport. Grapevine has a small town feel to it but it is expanding like crazy.

Grapevine and I lived in Los Colinas last year...nice area and only about 15-20 minutes from DFW

try the hurst-euless-bedford area, my favorite being bedford.
